His earliest memory involving music occurred when he was 3 or 4. He and his dad were driving somewhere in their old VW Golf. He can remember being entranced by the CD his dad was playing of the Australian music group, Men at Work.  Both of his parents enjoyed music so his childhood was filled with classic rock and folk with the likes of Bonnie Raitt, Jackson Browne, James Taylor, the Rolling Stones and the Eagles. When he turned 6, his parents bought him a little guitar from Walmart for 75$ and he took a few lessons. He had a hard time taking instruction and found himself fidgeting during the lessons.  He recognized music was a great outlet for his boundless energy and soon he was practicing and excelling on his own. Using the internet and spending long hours on his guitar, he learned all the basics.  When he started middle school, his family moved to Islamorada in the Florida Keys.  He worked with fellow musicians and teachers ‘Mr. Steve’ Giuiliano and Dave Feder who taught him how to make his own style, how to perform and how to work a crowd. His first real performance was playing ACDC’S ‘Highway to Hell’ at his school concert in the 11^th grade.  His passion for music was greater than ever and he decided to become a professional musician after graduating.
